        Mixed Berry Smoothie, a recipe blends berries with strawberries, adds fruit juice as desired. And adds honey to cut the sourness for a more balanced taste.

Mixed Berry Smoothie Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cup fresh (or frozen) strawberries
  2. 1/4 cup fresh (or frozen) blackberries
  3. 1/4 cup fresh (or frozen) blueberries
  4. 1/4 cup fresh (or frozen) raspberries
  5. 1/2 cup orange juice (or other juice of your choice) 
  6. 1 teaspoon honey
  7. 1/2 cup crushed ice
  8. Fresh fruit on a stick (for garnishing glasses)สมัคร ufabet 

How to make a mixed berry smoothie?

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth, 10-20 seconds.
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass, decorate with fresh fruit on a stick to make it look beautiful, and serve.

Next it’s time to blend! Begin blending on low speed and slowly increase it to high speed. Blend on high speed for about 50 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps of unblended ingredients. 

Note: If you have a blender with a “smoothie” setting, you can simply secure the lid, press the smoothie button, and let the blender do the work for you. 

I do not suggest putting ice in this smoothie because it waters down the flavors. Instead, use frozen fruit for a thick, cold smoothie.
